CHECK-IN
at the SoleMare Agency located on the lower part of the Port (via Banchina Tenente di Fazio,10) from 04.00pm to 07.30 pm with accompaniment up to the accommodation on arrival day.
Luggage deposit at the agency if needed.
For arrivals after 07.30 pm, an extra fee of 30,00 euros will be added to the total cost of the stay.
CHECK-OUT
the accommodation will be left at the latest by 09.30 am and the keys will be dropped off the agency SoleMare.
- the rent includes for the whole stay, water, gaz and electric consume charges and the agency commission. However, the bedlinen and towels can be rented with extra charges added to the rent.
- In order to confirm the booking, the agency may ask for a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay. In case of cancellation of the stay the deposit will not be refunded, the remaining rental will be asked on arrival day, when firming the rental contract.
- The tenant may be asked to give a caution on arrival for 200, 00 euros, on top of the rent, deposit which will be taken back on departure after verification of the accommodation.
- In case of damages inside the accommodation caused during the tenant’s stay, partial or total amount of the caution will be taken off. In case of important damages that the caution will not cover, it will asked to the tenant to pay the difference.
- The tenant is responsible for leaving the premises in a normal state of use, and has to wash the dishes, empty the fridge and empty the rubbish bin and take it in the outside public containers, in order to facilitate the final cleaning of the staff. In case of excessive dirtiness of the apartment, the tenant will have to pay an extra fee of 20,00 euros at departure.
- Small pet may be allowed in some of the premises upon request and with an additional daily extra fee.
- The tenant will have to respect the maximum occupancy of the premises, in case of overpassing the number, the contract will be cancelled and the tenant will have to pay a penalty corresponding to the total amount of the rent and eventually the caution.
- The tenant is not allowed to sublet the accommodation rented and in case of such an event, the contract will be cancelled and the rental amount will be kept as penalty.
